01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the luckyd777 online gaming platform, accessible at luckyd777.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service"). The Platform is operated by luckyd777 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), an entity licensed under international online gaming regulations.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform, placing a wager, or claiming any promotional offer, you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any supplementary policies referenced herein, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use following any posted update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

02 Definitions

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on luckyd777, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of a Prohibited Jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly forbidden by law.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from luckyd777 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered or acting on behalf of another person, organisation, or artificial entity.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or close family member of an employee of luckyd777 or any of its gaming providers.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. luckyd777 reserves the right to verify all information provided against third-party databases and official documentation.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on luckyd777 at any given time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all balances held therein, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. luckyd777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify luckyd777 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your Account security.

4.4 KYC Verification

luckyd777 is required under its licensing obligations to conduct KYC verification. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian IC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

luckyd777 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 and the maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000, subject to individual payment method limits.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. E-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals typically process within 3 minutes on average. FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Prior to processing any withdrawal, luckyd777 may require:

• Full completion of KYC verification.
• Fulfilment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• A minimum of one (1) deposit transaction using the intended withdrawal method.
• Confirmation that the Account is in good standing with no pending investigations.

5.4 Currency and Fees

All transactions on luckyd777 are conducted in MYR. luckyd777 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own service charges. luckyd777 shall not be responsible for any fees imposed by third-party financial institutions.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

luckyd777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and any time limitations will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games and sports betting may carry reduced contribution rates.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

luckyd777 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom in cases where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses across duplicate accounts, placing offsetting bets to guarantee returns irrespective of outcome, or any pattern of play designed primarily to extract bonus value rather than engage with the Platform in good faith.

07 Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All electronic casino games on luckyd777 operate using independently audited RNG technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate to the best of luckyd777's knowledge and are provided by licensed game developers. luckyd777 does not modify RNG outcomes or RTP parameters.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sportsbook markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and the specific rules of luckyd777's sportsbook. Pre-match and in-play odds are updated in real time. In the event of a palpable error in odds, luckyd777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players.

7.3 Disconnections and Technical Errors

In the event of a disconnection during active gameplay, luckyd777's game servers will record the state of play at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the game will resume from the last recorded state. luckyd777 shall not be liable for losses arising from network interruptions beyond its reasonable control. In the event of a system error that results in a manifestly incorrect outcome, luckyd777 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return stakes.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. These limits are clearly displayed within each game interface and sportsbook market. luckyd777 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Players at any time.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on luckyd777 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering using false, incomplete, or misleading personal information.
• Creating or operating more than one Account (duplicate accounts).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to manipulate game outcomes or place bets.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring your Account credentials to any third party.
• Abusing the Platform's support systems, including submitting fraudulent chargeback requests.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location.

09 Responsible Gambling

luckyd777 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all Players. Any attempt by a minor to access the Platform is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the luckyd777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of luckyd777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of luckyd777.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luckyd777, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failures, and the cost of substitute services.

luckyd777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and third-party system failures may affect Platform availability. luckyd777 accepts no liability for any losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits luckyd777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

luckyd777 processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. Your data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with applicable data protection principles, and is used solely to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, and improve Platform services.

luckyd777 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification services) strictly as necessary for the operation of the Platform.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting luckyd777 support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Funds balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any pending withdrawal conditions.

13.2 Termination by luckyd777

luckyd777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a material breach of this Agreement; evidence of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; or for any other reason at luckyd777's reasonable discretion.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds at the time of Account termination for cause may be forfeited. All clauses of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination will continue in full force and effect.

14 Amendments to These Terms

luckyd777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or licensing authority directive.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luckyd777 is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through luckyd777's internal complaints process shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by luckyd777's licensing authority.

In the first instance, you may submit a formal complaint to luckyd777's support team at [email protected]. luckyd777 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
